GustavDesign is committed to absolute customer satisfaction. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, our policy differs from standard retail items to reflect the labor and materials involved.

1. Return Window & Exceptions

  • Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or replacement request.

  • Custom Goods Exception: As most of our products are customized, they are exempt from standard 30-day return windows. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Immediate Replacement: We will send a brand-new replacement at no cost to you. No return of the original item is required.

  • Refund Option: In the event that a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Returns for Store Credit (Non-Defective)

If you wish to return a non-customized item for other reasons, we offer Store Credit under these conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A flat restocking fee of $500 applies to all returns for store credit.
