Description

Uniting post-and-beam architectural geometry with hand-selected authentic Green Guatemala (Verde Guatemala) serpentine marble slabs, this freestanding T-shape pedestal sink (35.4" W x 19.7" D x 34.5" H / 900mm x 500mm x 875mm) delivers expansive counter space within a sculptural floor-standing footprint. Built using precision mitered slab joinery, the composition pairs a broad, cantilevered horizontal vanity top with a streamlined vertical plinth column, showcasing a deep, saturated botanical field of forest green, emerald, and dark pine and intricate web-like fractures of dark charcoal, moss, and seafoam-white calcite. Integrated into the center of the upper slab deck is a sloped rectangular trough basin with a flush matching stone drain cover, flanked by wide side wings for daily washroom essentials.

Why Choose a Green Guatemala Marble T-Shape Pedestal Sink?

Sourced from the lush mountain quarries of Guatemala, Green Guatemala Marble embodies grounding biophilic luxury and moody, tropical canopy depth. While traditional narrow pedestal sinks lack storage ledges, the cantilevered 900mm T-shape silhouette provides the deck utility of a wide vanity while preserving the open, airy floor space of a freestanding pedestal. Engineered from continuous mitered slabs as an intelligent two-piece system (~127 kg / 280 lbs total—a wall-hung upper trough basin over a hollow plumbing-concealing plinth base), it simplifies on-site installation and pairs strikingly with unlacquered brass, brushed copper, or matte black tapware, warm teak or walnut cabinetry, and zellige tile or microcement walls.

FAQ

Are your pedestal sinks compatible with both floor and wall drainage?

Yes. The T-shape pedestal sink is engineered with a hollow vertical plinth column that completely conceals your waste pipe and water supply lines. It works seamlessly with both floor-mounted and wall-mounted drainage rough-ins while keeping the exterior stone profile completely clean.

What type of faucet works best with a stone pedestal sink?

Our T-shape pedestal sinks work beautifully with either wall-mounted spouts or deck-mounted faucets installed on the wide upper stone ledge. We precision-drill tap holes to standard international diameters upon request, ensuring a seamless fit for luxury fixtures from Dornbracht, Gessi, or Vola.

Can I get a matching marble drain cover?

Absolutely. We can craft matching stone drain covers to hide the mechanical components and maintain the pure aesthetic of the natural marble.

How is a freestanding stone pedestal sink installed and secured?

To simplify on-site handling and plumbing hookup, our T-shape pedestal sink (~127 kg / 280 lbs total) is engineered as a two-piece architectural assembly. The hollow vertical plinth positions directly over your plumbing rough-in on the floor, while the cantilevered upper trough basin rests securely atop the plinth and anchors flush against the rear wall.

Can I customize the height or dimensions of my pedestal sink?

Yes. Because we fabricate each T-shape pedestal sink to order from hand-selected natural stone slabs using precision mitered joinery, we can customize the overall height of the plinth column, the width of the cantilevered countertop wings, and the basin depth or tap hole placement to match your architectural floor plans and plumbing rough-ins.
